- Home Page: Purpose of website, autobiography, career objective, resume (document) --- YOUR WORK PLAN MAY GO HERE TOO
- Work Plan: (Add to Main Page) Name of Organization, Hours, Main Duties, Goals, Expected Learning Outcome
- Business Profile: Overview, Mission & Values, Supervisor profile (picture & bio), Organizational Structure
- Supervisor Profile: Supervisor Title, Picture, Contact Information, Biographical Information ---(ADD TO ORGANIZATION PROFILE)
- Journal: DAILY entries (one per every day worked) & Time Sheet in an excel document (150+ hours). DATE each entry and add a title
- Projects: Includes samples of work or artifacts of the internship: certifications, flyers, lists, event details, pictures, - download and add a label
- Interviews: (3) Highlight each: background, personal information, industry information, tips for aspiring students
ADDITIONAL CLASS REQUIREMENTS
- Attendance: Attend a weekly class on professional development in the sports industry - GET READY TO FIND A JOB
- Career Development Plan & Self Evaluation: Almost identical to what you completed in SRM160, the career development plan includes sections on your overall Vision, Goals, Ideal Entry Level Job, Philosophy, Available Jobs (3), Graduate School options (3), Goals & Action Plans, and Future Networks - Also included in an evaluation of the experience and of your supervisor
- Senior Accountability Chart: Create a post of what you have accomplished from a list of activities and programs relating to career development
- Supervisor Evaluation: Make sure you ask your supervisor to complete an online evaluation of your performance
- Thank you note: Make sure you send your supervisor a thank you note.
