The time sheet needs to be completed in its entirety (access document above or view sample below). The article provides more information on journaling the internship/mentorship experience. The journal includes DAILY entries that match the time sheet (40 days = 40 journal entries, etc).
NUMBER & DATE EACH ENTRY - ADD A TITLE AND (# HOURS)
ENTRIES ARE DAILY ENTRIES REPRESENTING EACH DAY OF THE EXPERIENCE
TITLE EXAMPLES:
1. June 1 First Day (2 hours)
2. June 5 Office Work (5 hours)
3. June 6 Tournament Date 10 hours)
Write a minimum of 250 (graduate) and 150 (undergraduate) words for each post. The date for each entry must match the time sheet. Your journal entry should be a synopsis of what you accomplished as well as your learning experiences, interaction with your supervisor, and anything that is pertinent to the experience that particular day. A simple short paragraph is not enough to journal your experiences. There should be a lengthy post to detail your encounters that are routine or unique, interesting or mundane, challenging or simple in nature.
Don't forget to count your hours for each day you intern. Complete a Time sheet and Upload it to this page.
